for question 1. there should be such limits.however.. still.. small and weak items are easy to get damaged or lost along the trip. one possible solution is to pack them up into a bigger size of box or whatever... and the total limits of the 20kg right.. it is sometimes reflexible still.. but not for so much.. 22 or 23 kg will be acceptable with your lovely smile.. for question 2.. dun understand..
