请问：国航飞机行李托运和知音卡的问题1。坐国航飞机回国，20公斤的托运行李有件数要求没？只能一件还是几件都可以，只要不超过20公斤？

2。知音卡在买机票的时候忘记出示了，能补登记里程数吗？

for question 1. there should be such limits.however.. still.. small and weak items are easy to get damaged or lost along the trip. one possible solution is to pack them up into a bigger size of box or whatever... and the total limits of the 20kg right.. it is sometimes reflexible still.. but not for so much.. 22 or 23 kg will be acceptable with your lovely smile..
