seniors,i need your help!I am a sm3 newcomer in NTU,the living conditions here are very good,so i am enjoying a convenient and comfortable living here, but there is one thing that isn't convinient,that is get on line.Though there is a computer room in my hall,i can't log on my QQ to have a chat with my friends and family,i have tried to download one,but to my disappiontment the hardware is locked from installing anything into the computer,worse still,i can't type chinese characters as there isn't any chinese software,and when i recieved an e-mail from my family or friends,it doesn't display the chinese chracters,it is so awful. So i am planning to buy a computer of my own,but my money seems to be unsufficient,so i hope you can give me some help to pick up a real bargain.Thank you very much!
