3. Role:
• Responsibility to develop and ‘own’ a specific sector
• Proactively identify, prioritize and acquire new clients – Singapore and overseas
• Develop strong and broad relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Identify new sales and new product opportunities
• Develop and make presentations to prospective clients - build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Circa 50% of time spent out of the office with clients
• Key metrics – new client acquisition and revenue
4. Ideal Candidate
• At least 5 years professional work experience with at least 3 years in sales
• Excellent consultative sales and marketing skills
• Ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations
• Strong telephone communication and selling ability
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Good written and spoken English
• Enthusiastic self starter, with lots of energy
• Open only to Singapore citizens, PR’s and EP holders
• Ideally - Worked for an Internet, media or ecommerce business previously
• Ideally - Network of contacts in the Real Estate industry and an understanding of the Real Estate sector
