If after 9 rounds, 1st score higher point then 2nd, then it is clearly that 1st has performed better then 2nd player. Then there is no need to proceed to round 10. However if 1st and 2nd are of the same points after 9 rounds, then a round 10 tiebreak to decide who rank higher. Under this system. Players do not need to see to "see others' face" for minor points. They decide their ranking base on their own strength.
