but we are not giving chances to new candidates registered for 2009, some are shown below :

Could I conclude preferences are to give chances to those not registered for 2009 Open due to whatever reasons instead of those registered for 2009 Open ?

Regardless 选拔赛 should be conducted for coming three events or not, not to hold 2009 Open for Group A (with at least 17 players till yesterday) will have great impact in future xiangqi activities organised.
