if i assume it will never reach, i can choose the upper limit of speed series as :

0.01,
0.01+0.01/1,
0.01 + (0.01 + 0.01 / 1 ) / 2,
0.01 + ( 0.01 + (0.01 + 0.01 / 1 ) / 2 ) / 3,
...
......
0.01 + ( 0.01 + ( 0.01 + ... + 0.01/1)/2/3 ... ) / n

if i assume it will reach, i can choose the lower limit of speed series as :
0.01,
0.01+0.01/2,
0.01 + (0.01 + 0.01 / 3 ) / 3,
0.01 + ( 0.01 + (0.01 + 0.01 / 2 ) / 3 ) / 4,
...
......
0.01 + ( 0.01 + ( 0.01 + ... + 0.01/2)/3/4 ... ) / n+1
