出生证明哪里办？

据我所知，正规的出生证明是医院办理的，但是国内很多地方都可以办类似的文件，比如可以去公安局、派出所或者去你家里所在地的市、区或县的公证处办理。只要带上户口簿，办一个英文的出生公证就可以，包括你的出生地，出生日期，以及父母姓名。
