关于投资OCBC国际产业信托的 疑问OCBC的投资顾问 建议我投资他们正在卖的国际产业信托 (UNIT Trusts)

First State Global Property Investments

小姐把这个产品说的天花乱坠,回报4%, 开盘价钱就会上升,投资分布在美国欧洲等多国的产业
回报稳定.....
但是手续费就要5%多,所以,其实一买入,就已经套在里面5%了.

现在钱放在银行存定期实在是没有什么利息.
我的投资方向,可以承受比较小的风险,流动性要好(投资期最好在1年左右)

本人没有太多这方面的投资经验,请各位高人指点.值得投资吗?
或有其他投资可以推荐?

But the problem is that those already priced at 5-6% return.
