求oracle dba指点迷津最近工作有需要用到数据库的地方，发现对这方面比较感兴趣，所以想问问坛子里的oracle dba前辈 数据库的东西可以零基础自学吗？

better get training for its architectureself-learning may miss-lead you to nowhere. You need a solid training to get the basics like database architecture.

other areas can be self-learnt. Oracle has 5 fundamental parts: architecture, PL/SQL, performance tuning, backup&recovery, OEM/etc.

Big data is a new thing too young to make real product/profit.
