有没有datacraft的人？我们公司--一个hedge fund (1b AUM)，一直在找一个合适的IT partner,负责IT support和SI的事务。
现在的partner也是一间不小的公司，合作了两年，表现有点差强人意。所以又在寻找其他的resource。
别人介绍了datacraft，我们老板想跟他们任何作IT outsource的人会面了解一下情况。与其直接在datacraft的网站上联系，我想先在华新问一下。如果有人刚好作datacraft的 sales manager最好不过。就算你是其他部门的，如果能介绍一个sales给我也可以。

Dimension Data to acquire remaining shares in Datacraft Asia for USD 276m
Story Dimension Data, the London-listed, South Africa-based IT-services company, will acquire the remaining shares in Datacraft Asia, its Singapore-listed subsidiary, for USD 276m.
In its press statement Dimension Data said that it intends to acquire the remaining 44.9% of the Singapore-listed shares of its Asian subsidiary, Datacraft for USD 1.33 per share, a premium of 34% to Datacraft’s closing share price of USD 0.99 on Monday 21 July, and translating into a total purchase consideration of approximately USD 276m. The acquisition will be effected by way of a Scheme of Arrangement under Singapore law and is being financed with a combination of cash and equity issuance.
The acquisition must pass various regulatory and shareholder approvals prior to completion. Dimension Data anticipates this process will take several months to conclude.

Server room里面所有东西的维护。
所有user 的 pc support
确保database, network等等的正常运行和fail over。
能够proactive的给我们upgrade的建议并且执行。
