IB的ops我觉得很难出头的（如果你最终是想做别的东西的话).跟structurig, sales&trading都离得太远了。或者比较而言，如果你在ib里面可以从ops混到front office, 你在hedge fund里面同样可以。(而且机会还要大很多)
当然不可否认ib的收入比较好。(起码短期内要好不少。)所以长线短线要自己选择了。

The boss said the same thing about the up potentials in a starting up hedge fund.
Salary wise, I am still not clear. wonder whether you know how much the ops in your company are paid. Can you add my msn, xtra_dimension@hotmail.com
