我拿到一个 hedge fund operations offer, 估计刚进去应该只能做做operations, 简单的modeling, spread sheet等等 investment decisions 都是老板做， sales and marketing 还没开始。 like I said it's a starting up.
和IB里面的operations, modelling and structuring, sales and marketing 相对比较，不知能不能分享一下看法？ 谢谢
