I am not against him in any way, but may be
either one (Apr event or May event) should not put his name in.

范永康 is having 香港棋手等級分2281.
if we exclude 姚威和 and 范永康 from Group B( i.e. to join Group A directly), we should have two more players promoted to Group A in 2007. [棋人生 (6-23 8:05, Long long ago)]
