请问一下关于PREPAID CARD不知道来新加坡玩几天的游客可以买吗～ 貌似现在prepaid card都要注册的～

I just bought one today for my mother.Sure can buy one for tourists/foreigners. It's just that pre-paid card now all requires registration after 911. You'd bring your IC/passport if you want to buy one loh.
