昨天交了辞职信, 可是老板一直避而不见, 我该怎么办?
HR 说他昨天晚上就回到新加坡, 可是今天早上打给他, 他却说还在KL. 我只能给公司半个月的 Notice Period, 我愿意赔钱.

我着急要和另外一个公司签合同, 请问我该怎么办?

在辞职信中你应该告诉公司你的LAST DAY。

在实际中，即使你没有递交辞职信，也可以与别家公司牵合同的，只是写明你的FIRST DAY就可以了。你与其它公司的合同，不需要通知你的当前公司，甚至你可以同时签几家公司，只要你签的合同或者其它中，并没有限制你只服务一家公司的约束。
