the details of prepaid cardFor prepaid card:

For Sintel:
outgoing: 9am-9pm 28cents per min
9pm--9am 14cents per mins

Incoming: 28cents per mins for the whole day

For M 1:
28cents 1st min, 18cents 2rd min, then 10cents for the subquent mins

For Starhub:
25cents per min
