请问如何在电脑上打德语字母呢？就是那种带有两个小点的字母。

Control Pannel>Regional and Language Options>Language>Add>German
如果你只是单纯的觉得加两点的好（或是完全追求可爱），那你大可选用其他字体。
注意：如果对方没有你选用的字体或是Encoding设置不对的话，显示会有问题。

如果你只是�...)No need de!If you just want that particular character, just open Start Menu > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Character Map
Then choose Unicode fonts (such as "Arial Unicode") or any standard fonts in the system. Look for the character that you want and copy & paste.
Note: This method is assuming that you are not really typing in German (or any other language). If you do need to type in German, use the method provided by 上帝.[Flying (1-27 17:41, Long long ago)]

其实并不是好玩，只是想用电子字典查单词的时候，字母上有没有那两点就很重要了，有的单词连怎样输入都不知道，更别说查了。[鬼 (1-28 8:18, Long long ago)]
