Can not run Excel after improper shutdown of PCMy friend pressed the power button while an Excel file is opened. After that, cannot run Excel. Even reinstall Office cannot solve the problem. Always receive the "this program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down" error. What could be the cause and how to solve?
