就只上不了sina.com.cn, 急！

就只上不了sina.com.cn, 急！
从昨天开始，家里的几台机子都上不了sina.com.cn, 有时能进主页，但访问不了内容。错误提示是403 Forbidden, Access denied by access control list. 但去其他网站都没有问题。

google了一下，一致认为是服务器或防火墙设置的问题。通过Singnet的ADSL上网，无线router上我没有设置任何access control list，机子本身的防火墙也没有特意将sina.com.cn放上去。难道是singnet服务器的原因？怎样才诊断出原因？请高手支招！

do you have any proxy server in internet options?
or can you reproduce the same with firefox?

the resource you're accessing has NTFS permission requirements that you do not have. but since it's a public web site, this should not apply. the proxy server bit is related to a MS support article.

in any case, does the site work with firefox or opera browser?

Thank you so much! This problem has been resolved
after setting Singnet server as proxy server.
