在 dbszzq 的大作中提到：
就只上不了sina.com.cn, 急！从昨天开始，家里的几台机子都上不了sina.com.cn, 有时能进主页，但访问不了内容。错误提示是403 Forbidden, Access denied by access control list. 但去其他网站都没有问题。 google了一下，一致认为是服务器或防火墙设置的问题。通过Singnet的ADSL上网，无线router上我没有设置任何access control list，机子本身的防火墙也没有特意将sina.com.cn放上去。难道是singnet服务器的原因？怎样才诊断出原因？请高手支招！

that error message usually means
the resource you're accessing has NTFS permission requirements that you do not have. but since it's a public web site, this should not apply. the proxy server bit is related to a MS support article.

in any case, does the site work with firefox or opera browser?
