Thanks for your reply. Howeveer, would you mind clarifying a bit further?1, What is the general procedure to get this Deed done? 2, Do we have the write the Deed document by ourselves or by lawyer? Or are there Standard Templates from Court to use? 3, Do the parents need to be in Singapore? 4, Should we approach a Lawyer or the Court for assistance? Thanks.

1. Get a lawyer to draft up and to execute.
2. Either is fine. Better to go through lawyer.
3. If they are in China, need to be executed before notary public.
