My question is: In certain circumstance, a proof of "Guardianship" is needed for this relative to perform certain task in regards to this child. What kind of proof is considered legal in Singapore?

Deed of Guardianship

Consent from parents?
YES

Need to be certified by lawyer or Court?
YES
