有没有人了解怎么在新加坡投稿或者出书的流程呢，或者对诗文，翻译有兴趣的请进。
这次过年回家碰巧认识了一个邻居颜爷爷，已经70多岁了，他曾任教授，也对诗文，翻译很有兴趣。下面是他的很小一部分手稿我打出来了，想出版试试。国内出书的具体行情我也不了解，但好像一般情况下不是名气很大的人想出版还是要自掏腰包的吧。所以颜爷爷拜托我在新加坡问问。有人知道相关的杂志报刊怎么投稿，或出版途径吗？谢谢。

英文名： 300 Tang Poets Seven Characters Quatrains Interpreted in English and Chinese
内容提要：本书内容为320首左右中国古唐诗绝句的英文和汉语译本。主要适用于青少年，学生和国外诗文爱好者学习和了解“唐诗”的普及读物；特别是对于外国朋友学习中国文化具有较大的参考价值。

The lonely boat, far image, gradually dims, and is lost at the end of blue sky.
And all I can only see is that the Yangzi River flows on the horizon.
我的老朋友孟浩然告别了这黄鹤楼， 在此繁花盛开春光明媚的三月东下扬州。一片白帆渐渐隐没在蓝天里，眼前只见浩浩的长江向天外奔流。
