平均每户1.9m不等于1600尺的屋主能拿到1.9m按照797的尺价算也就是1.3m罢了，只能说小赚，如果刚刚好花了20万装修的话刚刚买的屋主也就是break even。 说实话价格一般般，只能说明业主不是很贪心。
