既然不要求学校hillview边上不都是这样的房子吗？比如glendale park之类的。freehold，近地铁，大房间，大泳池，蓝线。最多1.2m稍微加个几万呗。
Shelford小了点
只有200多unit，一个泳池。我理想中的是500unit 好几个泳池，小孩子多可以一起玩热闹点。其实我是以Hilllington Green为原型，那天在propertyguru读到一篇review 有人说它像resort"My sister came to check out the estate with me and as she strolls the estate at night, she said she felt as if she was at a resort! "
