过程如你所说，婚后，配偶必须要加入HDB, 成为essential occupier, 但还不是owner. 接下来，HDB可能会考量两人的身份，以及HDB有没有过MOP等等。至于配偶的公寓要不要卖，是case by case, 我知道的是有些不需要卖。
