仔细看了下hdb条例,割名字似乎不可行Proposed flat owner(s) or essential family member(s) listed in the application must not be an existing owner/essential occupier of any HDB flat (including flats bought under the Design, Build and Sell Scheme) or Executive Condominiums bought from the developer (or within the requisite occupation period).

求专业解读,觉得hdb条款是环环相扣的。还有我刚才在eligible criteria里也没读到关于必须还清全部贷款才可以transfer ownership. .
情感上当然愿意相信这是可行的啦,那全岛情比金坚的couple们都可以考虑一方放弃ownership出来买套没absd的公寓了。
