Each eligible Singaporean household can buy the following housing unit only twice:
* a flat from the HDB;
* a resale flat with the CPF Housing Grant*;
* a DBSS flat from developer;
* an EC unit from developer.
这是一共可以卖两次的意思。。。不是两套可以同时拥有。。。
也就是说，要买第二套，就要和第一套撇清关系。。。
