it's really very common...especially in the city area. but of course, price in city area rises first. for example, a flat not very near to MRT, during one year in 07, the price increases around 100k from 300K for a 4 room, then plateau and until now, it is still 400k+ and it could not get to 500K. of course, the other areas increase later. but seems this year, even comparing with July, the price increases for more than 50K or more in some places.
