dun think so....I asked 3 agents... they all say once seller sign the OTP, they cannot anyhow say they dun want to sell alr... it's a sure-win case if go to court...
any legal expert can advise?

do you mean the otp has been exercised? if so sure you can sue them.
if you just paid the 1k and the seller did not want to exercise it, that will be tough.
your agent can ask his company for legal action.
