My friend has such experience.But the owner is Malay, not so greedy. My friend paid S$1000 after viewing the flat. Then next day, the owner changed their ideal, simply because the price they asked is very cheap. However, the agent of my friend didn't agree and told them if they want to go to court, they would lose definitly. Finially the owner have to sell their flat.
