都是很好的问题1） 如果以公司名义购买， 即使房产税不高， 可是公司本身要收税， 到头来是不是差不多？
我觉得可以在那些incubator注册，新加坡很支持创业，前几年税不会太高的。
2） 小的office space， 感觉好像没什么用
其实很有用，因为很多小公司，只需要两三个人的办公室而已。不过要能找到那样的公司，这就看关系网了。
3） 如果公司有良好的财务记录， 偶还是安心当老板算了
