不知道我这样算不算有病?我常常睡不着觉。普通要等到清晨四五点才能睡着。 早上九点又醒了。其实,有时候,我觉得非常累。已经没有充沛的精神了。但是,就是睡不着。
昨天晚上,我三点爬上床准备睡觉早些。可是居然失眠了。折腾到凌晨六点。但是还是睡不着。
是不是因为,每次睡觉前不应该洗澡?我发觉,睡觉前不洗脸的话,情况会好些。一洗脸,就特别清醒。
一关灯,我就觉得特别害怕, 总觉得有什么鬼怪的东西。 昨天晚上,那些恐怖电影里面的东西在我眼前飘啊飘啊的,好害怕。我就把头蒙着睡觉。紧闭眼睛。不过,心里还是特别害怕。但是,白天就不会了。
