As per our Terms & Conditions, in the event of lost, we compensate the declared value plus shipping fee or our maximum liability of SGD200.00 whichever is lower base on the terms and condition stated on the website that you have agreed upon when you sign up for vPost account.
vPost does not wish for such to happen, but when it does, we are bound by our business terms. Hence, on an exceptional goodwill basis and it is beyond our liability as stated in the vPOST Terms and conditions (T&C).
