要用自己的data files as search source, 是不是只要format　data files, add new options in the blast.rc file and in blast.html file accordingly 就可以了？奇怪的是我这样做了之后，it gives good result only when the search source is test file given by NCBI. when the source is the data files i added, it always returns "no hit found", even the query sequence was copied from the data file itself.
is it i shall also change some programme codes (perl and c, i think)? which files?
could anyone please give some hints how to solve the problem?
