few days ago, continuing install and uninstall antivirus software, now once go into the desktop, it just hang down, cannot work and open when i clicked on the icon,and very waited a long time to shut down and restart ...........

what's the problem, anyone knows, it it regarding the software or hardware?

remove all related services/remnants and etc

Mayb u sld use some software which functioned with reg cleaning, otherwise, u sld find relative keywords by using "searching" in "Regedit.exe",4 exp,like input "norton" n search, then delete all u found but sld be well-judged.
