本着学习如何寻找“可能被收购公司”的心理，想看看sound global的报表，但是没有发现它的价值被低估很多。不过公司发布的信息倒是很有意思。最新公布的不是cash offer，只是有这种可能性而已，也许50%， 也许1%。原词是”POSSIBLE DELISTING AND POSSIBLE EXIT OFFER“。
所以感觉有些不可思议，觉得这和捕风捉影没有太大区别，只是这个风是总裁吹的效果和小道消息还是不一样的。当然，也许是自己少见多怪。于是就用”possible delisting“ 和 ”POSSIBLE EXIT OFFER“ google找到两个公司发布类似的信息。这类信息不是很常见。一个China Animal Healthcare是和sound global一样的在香港和新加坡同时上市。另一个financial one已经成功除牌了。
关于financial one （FO）

这个文件有描述，大意是管理层认为在没有确认收购的条件时，一直暂停交易，以防止投机活动。个人认为这是非常负责的态度。
“In particular, the market may speculate on the possibility of an exit offer being made by Mr Andre J.L. Koo and/or the anticipated exit offer price and if Shareholders were to trade on the Shares based on market perception that an exit offer will be made and/or of the possible exit offer price, investors and Shareholders may act to the detriment of their interests if no exit offer is eventually proposed by Mr Andre J.L Koo or if an exit offer is proposed but the exit offer price is not representative of the price at which investors and Shareholders may have traded based on such market perception.”
“Taking into account the above factors, the Directors are of the view that it is in the interest of Shareholders not to lift the suspension at this time and the Directors expect that the suspension will be lifted by no later than 22 December 2010, by which time the Company expects to have received confirmation from Mr Andre J.L. 18 October 2011，公司公布 "the Company is currently contemplating and assessing a potential delisting from the SGX-ST whilst continuing to maintain its primary listing on the SEHK" 但是股价跌宕起伏，快两年了除牌还是没有在新加坡实现。

Oct 16 2012，chairman， WEN YIBO 最后在市场上一次购买股票（价格0.5385）， 而最近公司发了两个债务
US$150,000,000 11.875% SENIOR NOTES DUE 2017 (THE "NOTES")
RMB885 MILLION USD SETTLED 6% CONVERTIBLE BONDS DUE 2015
另外发现这个公司喜欢换名，管理层变动也比较频繁。
衷心希望有SG一个确定的offer尽快出现，那我以上的言语都是捕风捉影，否则将是重复历史的闹剧。
声明一下，以上做的研究只是吃饱了撑的（自助餐有害健康），我从来没有购买或是卖空FO， CAH，SG的股票或相关产品，以后也不会购买或是卖空。另外觉得这是所谓庄家表演的时候，开始交易后大家可以看很多的细节，对庄家操作手法有个真实的感觉（即时的可以看SG，历史是可以看CAH的股价和消息的配合）。
