agree.if they can stay for more than 5 years or 10 years. It could be some kind of changes in research. But surely, more and more white will come. It's not about discremination, it's just something like, affinity. and funds are going to their pockets and maybe a positive feedback loop. So other PIs, less fund, less publications, and then negative loop. very complicated....
