Description
The announcement entitled "(1) New Shipbuilding Contracts Secured by the Group (2) Other Information on Contracts Secured and Delivered by the Group" on 7 November 2007 referred.

The attachment to the announcement is incorrect. The correct attachment is attached.

The Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) is pleased to announce that the Group
had during October 2007, subsequent to the announcement made on 8 October 2007,
secured shipbuilding contracts (the “Contracts”) in respect of ten (10) vessels with an
aggregate contract value of US$620 million.
The Contracts are expected to be completed before 2011 and will therefore not have a
significant impact on the earnings of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December
2007.
