谁在冲击30 强?
记得上世纪末, 李岚清主政, 推出了一个什么二一一工程, 大意是说要选出一百所高校在二十一世纪初重点支持, 一时之间, 在高校间掀起狂飙, 突击建设的有之, 合并壮大的有之, 奔走拉票的有之, 原因无它, 冲着大笔的财政拨款来的.
SGX, 新加坡证交所,最近想作些改革, STI, 海峡时报指数,问风而动, 最近联合一个什么公司, 想重新编制指数, 将指数结构作一番调整, 相信这对大家已经不是什么新闻了.
引起笔者注意的是, 它的一条重大改变, 就是将成份股从50 支减少到30支, 并且在维持行业平衡的前提下, 以权重作为最大考量, 以期最好地反映本地股市状况.
这条消息, 相信会让许多机构投资者辗转难眠, 拼命猜测谁会是那30名新科进士, 其实散户投资者也不可以冷眼旁观, 因为它影响甚巨.许多大型基金的配置都是和 成份股相关的, 一旦被从成份股中剔出, 无疑是从天宫坠落红尘, 无数资金会弃之而去, 股价也会元气大伤.
对于新电信, 三大银行之类的巨头, 自然是不用担心, 但是后二十位, 三十位的小兄弟们, 就没那么轻松了. 中远最近拼命表现, 提升股价和市值, 除了和它的巨额订单有关之外, 想力保成份股的地位也不无关连.
