We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join and lead our Singapore team and to be able to provide technical and managerial leadership to this critical development team. Responsibilities: 1 Build, develop, and manage the entire engineering team at Singapore. Be responsible for the team strategy and daily operation. 2 Ensure Singapore team is well integrated and communicated with the rest of Automotive and Communication product development team. 3 Recruit competent team members and develop core technical capabilities at Singapore, particularly but not limited to the area of analog design, digital design and verification and layout. 4 Lead project development that might involve engineers from multiple sites. 5 Become a major contributor to product development team strategy.
