请教大家意见 关于薪水行业不景气,公司裁员
找啦1个月拿到Offer,但是薪水给的是manager range 里面偏低的,比我之前的工作薪水低10%多,我原来的薪水在组里面算很高的,因为我第一份工作加薪加的蛮多在加上promotion
hr 说如果接受就继续下面的documentation的东西,如果不就stop(hiring manager 说lack of people management skill but technical wise is very strong. offer manager 1st then if qualify for people management parts then can promote to be senior manger and salary will be slightly higher than last salary).面试的时候他也有说management skill上面的东西
我的想法是我再在他们的offer 上面加个几百块,可能比较接近他们的薪水range的中间,
各位有什么高见啊?
