My company (I don't run it, but I work for it) is looking for a developer, but it is really hard to find a LOCAL developer who is well-versed in development. I've posted the job requirements in the Job Seekers subforum, but I doubt it will have any hits, so I'm posting this here as a general chat/rant thread. The job sites that I've posted to, mostly we have Indians, mainland Chinese and Fillipino developers, but we are unable to hire foreign due to EP/WP constraints. 比较在做比较的时候 要拿同等水平的人比较 能毕业北京拿月薪两万的 不是一般人 据了解 拿了奥数二等奖 进了YY公司的也就一万不到 同等中下水平的 新加坡明显还是高很多 很多本地的所谓程序员 回国工作能找到不都是问题
