多低算low pay8000+算吗，一般software有点经验的5000+是有的。这个在新加坡也不算太惨吧，毕竟超过中位数了。 不过工程师的劳动强度确实大点。

我想说，从中国来做技术，技术有优势，但工资没有优势当年在坡上想从本公司想跳到某大公司，结果只给1800 SGD底薪. 理由：非PR+无本地学历+非马来西亚原移民国家= 只能从基层做起+低薪水。 问：技术不错，能通融否？ 答曰：我司工程师在4K左右（加上全年奖金后的月平均薪水），特别注重报告文档，怕你英文不好，只能从基层做起. 看了公司层次，我发现他家给的位置离垫底还有2个级别，离最基础的工程师还有1个级别。 虽然说技术好，公司器重，在坡上难以被替代；但我们来坡的初衷就是让自己的生活更好，生活更好的基础就是高薪。 等自己拿到了身份，练成身份化作的“金钟罩“，我想N年已经过去了，大公司慢慢从基层做起，然后接下来是工程师的各个台阶，看到很多本地人在大公司从基层做到45岁后还是小工程师，自己接触的资源有限，又不敢跳槽；有的时候还不如一个刚毕业的MASTER入职后的职位高。
