求问，如果公司的Notice Period是三个月的话该怎么跳槽？ 这是毕业之后第二份工作，因为实在喜欢所以当初也没多想就签了。
做到一半发现notice period是三个月...而且非常严格，很难沟通。中间有两次猎头来找的机会，本来面试什么都挺好，但对方一听notice period这么长也就没有了下文。
想请问一下大家，真的有公司会等人三个月么，还是我这种情况只有先辞职再找下一份工作？
