【求主意】IT行业新人，两个offer要如何选择。小弟第一次发帖，希望工作了的学长学姐们给一些行业相关的建议，感激涕零。。。本人5月份在新加坡本科毕业，读的计算机专业。热爱手机和软件工程业。对金融业无爱。
首先拿到一个银行的back office IT培训生职位，薪水属于back office的正常水平，保险和带薪假及其他福利超一流。第一年培训，第二年确定岗位，薪水涨幅10%左右，bonus不多（因为是back office的原因）。
第二个offer是一个日本的软件公司在新加坡的研发中心，给的职位是程序猿，薪水跟上个工作基本一样，目测保险和带薪假等福利没有投行好。因为是新开张的研发中心，人事构造和文化不太了解，完全白纸一张。四个月的试用期，通过后再给具体的岗位（确定是developer范围内的）。在外国市场发展情况乐观，在新加坡市场行情目前还是个未知数。
2个offer说完了，因为刚刚毕业，本人对工业界完全无概念，拙劣地说一下我自己的看法，不对的地方叩求更正。
1. 如果去了投行做IT，借助2个rotation职位的机会考虑将来是要走技术路线还是走管理路线，2~3年后重新职业规划，决定是辞职，还是在投行IT部门一直干下去。后者的可能性小一些，但不排除工作一段时间之后我发现PM或者BA之类的职位很适合� (more...)

Think about those questions before you move on to new job.
Think about them again in future when you change the career path.
