我还有一些问题,有关简历,怎样才能提高简历的命中率呢?该用些什么样的关键词,或者有什么技巧,能增加面试的机会。
我常常面临的问题是,要么简历发出去石沉大海,要么中介会很快打电话来问一些基本信息(PR status, current salary之类)然后就杳无音信。我想也许是我漏掉了点什么?
还有很多PM,pre-sales的工作都要求domain knowledge,虽然我也知道一些,但毕竟原来不是某一个特定领域的(比如logistics IT和banking IT,domain knowledge肯定完全不一样),也没有相关的certificate,那么应该怎么present自己证明自己可以胜任呢?

总结的说,HR的工作就是直接拿你的Resume跟Job Description上面的keyword匹配。你想你的Resume能获得多的回复,那么就要多多的加keyword。
