再开贴问一个工资，prop trading firm的trader和analyst
一个prop trading firm在新加坡的office。看到it在找analyst去编程，我投过去说我想试试做trader，居然也让我下星期去面试。我还没搞清是让我面coder还是面trader。不了解这一行的规矩，请问这里的大牛小牛们prop trading firm的trader或者analyst赚得怎么样，不会底薪都没有的吧?要it问我salary的话，得开口多少?本人是新人。

It is a very lucrative bussiness. Get in first. then next jump, you probably can get a 100% raise.
Think you should try to know their bottom line first before show your cards.

如果，trading firm里的base 4000的developer和base 2500的trader比，
大家说哪个比较有前途和钱途?

Nope. Just know a bit abt this....
Know one firm..just got 2 servers..1 in NY, 1 in Tokyo.. trade 24 hours...
cannot imagine if they got a bug in their program..
Anyway, it is too much programming for me...but it seems the last QF area where demand is far more exceed supply...
