not too bad....if there is also bonus. the requirement is not too high. but seems the boss is really demanding... I know a few people can match this criteria. but it seems the boss does not want people with kids, maybe the person need to work very hard and come back on all weekends. but maybe they do not want to do research any more. I also know some other labs offer this amount of money.

这个老板其实还算厚道, 不过英文差了些写招聘广告嘛,肯定希望能把要求写高点 4000块在国大其他系差不多是postdoc的薪水了,很多博士还没有拿到学位前都拿不到这个价格 no kids, 这位老板的英文表达显然有问题,后来说是因为安全原因---这个听起来很可怕,对我们这些外行人来说 加班的问题,国大有不少博士后都被要求加班, 这个看老板,也有我这样的下班就准点走人的(上班的时候也是在玩,呵呵) 偶尔因为实验问题加班我想还是可以接受的, 人家也说了not compusary. 国大很多老板那拿RF和RA加班是觉得理所当然的 其实,最终还是得看人, 从招聘广告也看不出太多东西,关键还是看老板 好的老板可以在学校过得很舒服, 28天每年的假期, flexable的上班时间, less pressure than industry 坏的老板就苦了,呵呵 不过提醒该位英文不好的老板, no kids不管你是哪种解释, 都有违反job discrimination的嫌疑 国大老板常常让RA加班,可是你在广告中写到要工作到6:30, 好像又超过了国大的标准工作时间 (到6:00), hoho
